Working principle and structural features

This machine uses electricity and gas as power, which is pollution-free; the electric heating cutter ensures that the fabric cuts neatly.
This machine integrates automatic fixed length, automatic dotting, and automatic cutting. It uses a high-precision servo motor to feed and cut the fabric, with an accuracy ±1mm; the internal control system uses a high-performance PLC programmable controller; the operation interface is a true color human-machine interface of high-tech products.

A. Preparation for startup
(1). Be familiar with the contents of the operation manual.
(2). Be familiar with the functions of each button on the operation panel and each operating point on the touch screen
(3). The operator must be familiar with the signals issued during the operation of the system and be able to take correct measures and methods.

B.Operation steps
(1). Turn on the main switch in the control cabinet.
(2). Turn on the cross-cutting heating and circular cutting heating switches and set the required temperature.
(3). Lead the fabric to the traction roller in front of the cross-cutting knife and lower the pressing roller to press the fabric.
